The reality

Bullying isn't a phase. It's a pattern — and most parents feel powerless to break it.

By the time your child tells you, they've usually been carrying it for weeks. The standard advice — "tell a teacher," "ignore them," "be the bigger person" — works on paper and fails in practice. What kids need is something quieter and more usable: the calm, the body language, and the small handful of techniques that make them stop being a target in the first place.

1 in 5
Children aged 6 to 13 report being bullied at school in the past year.
64%
Of bullied children never tell their parents. They handle it alone, or they don't handle it at all.
87%
Of incidents are resolved without physical contact when the child has practiced calm responses ahead of time.

The teaching philosophy

A confident child does not need to win the moment.

They need the calm to sit inside it. That is what every lesson, every drill, every word of this course is built to teach.

Real classes, real parents

Ali's students. Their parents' words.

My son stopped dreading school within three weeks. He said the worst kid in his class "got bored" of him. That's exactly what Ali predicted would happen.
Sarah M.
Mother of Liam, 9 · United States
I've watched my daughter become physically calmer. Whatever Ali teaches them about how to stand and breathe — it's working before any "self-defense" comes into it.
David K.
Father of Mia, 11 · United Kingdom
I was nervous about teaching my son anything physical. The parent guide makes it simple. Ten minutes a day, twice a week, and the change has been visible.

Common questions

Things parents ask before signing up.

Is this online or in-person?
100% online. Short video lessons you stream from any device, practiced with your child at home. There are no in-person sessions, no scheduled classes, and no travel. You and your child go at your own pace — pause, rewind, repeat any lesson as often as you need.
What ages is Stand Strong designed for?
The program is structured for children aged 5 to 13. Lessons are age-banded — younger children focus mainly on confidence and verbal skills, older children add the physical defense techniques. Same parent guide covers both bands.
Will my child learn to fight?
No. The program is anti-bullying, not pro-fighting. The aim is for your child to never have to use a physical technique — and to have the confidence and skill if there is no other option. Every physical technique is about disengaging and escaping, not winning.
Do I have to do this with my child or can they do it alone?
For ages 5 to 9, a parent should follow along. The parent coaching guide makes this easy and only adds about ten minutes per session. From age 10, kids can largely follow on their own with a check-in once a week.
What equipment do we need?
Nothing. The program is built around what you already have at home. Some lessons use cushions or a yoga mat for soft falls — borrowed from a couch is fine.
When does the program launch?
Founding families get access in the first wave of 2026. Once you join the waitlist, we will email you the exact open date as soon as content production is finalized.
What if it is not right for our family?
Thirty-day full refund, no questions. The waitlist itself costs nothing — you only pay if and when you decide to enroll.
