Clear Self-Defense ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

• The email address you enter
• The page you submitted from (so we know which form you used)
• The date and time of submission

When you visit any page on this site, our analytics tools may collect:

• Your IP address (anonymized where possible)
• Your browser type, operating system, and approximate location (city or region)
• Pages you visit and how long you spend on each
• The site or ad that referred you to us

2. Why we collect it

We collect this information for three reasons:

• To email you when our online course opens for purchase, as you requested by joining the waitlist
• To understand which content and ads bring people to our site, so we can spend our marketing budget responsibly
• To improve the page based on what visitors actually do (where they click, what they read, where they leave)

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the third-party tools we use to run this site:

• Netlify — hosts our site and processes form submissions. Netlify Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare — delivers content and processes some routing. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics (if installed) — tracks aggregate visitor behavior. Google Privacy Policy
• Meta Pixel (if installed) — measures ad effectiveness and supports retargeting. Meta Privacy Policy

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to delete them, or until our launch sequence is complete and the data is no longer useful — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention policy of each tool (typically 14 to 26 months).

5. Your rights

At any time, you can:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop processing your information
• Unsubscribe from any email we send (every email will have an unsubscribe link)

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the analytics and ad-measurement purposes described above. By using the site, you consent to this use. Most browsers let you refuse cookies in your settings — refusing will not prevent you from using the site.

This site is intended for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us at hello@clearselfdefense.com and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product evolves (for example, when we add a payment system or an email marketing tool). We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
